Contenu scientifique (en anglais)
This workshops goals are to:
- Develop an outline for an IODP³ Mission Specific Platform (MSP) proposal
- Bring together the deep biosphere crustal community
- Conceptualize the installation of subseafloor observatories dedicated to conduct microbiological and geochemical work in young and cool ocean crust
- Identify optimal observatory locations
- Discuss the technology needed to perform the desired experiments

- Lieu : Le workshop se tiendra à Marum, dans les locaux de l’université de Brème, en Allemagne.
- Quand : Du 11 au 13 mars 2026
- Soutien financier: Les frais d’inscription au workshop sont gratuit pour les inscrits, les frais associés aux voyages étant à votre charge. Un soutien financer partiel est possible pour ceux assistant au workshop en présentiel, les Chercheurs en Début de Carrière (ECR : Early Career Researchers) seront prioritaires. Veuillez indiquer lors de l’inscription si vous souhaitez demander un soutien financier aux frais de voyage.
